Can not login in the web interface

Hi evryone,

First time in the forum.

I have a TP-Link TL-WDR3600V1 router.

Today I upgraded the firmware from Lede V17.01.2 to V17.01.3.
After the upgrade I can not login in the web interface, ssh or telnet (connection refused)
Also, I can not reset the router with the reset button on the rear
The upgrade was made with the keep settings option selected

The router is working very well as before the upgrade but I don't know what version is runing.

The only problem is the login

How can I solve this problem?

After the 30/30/30 reset I was able to login at the web interface.

Made an hard reset just in case and configured the router.

Do you thinks the problem started with the upgrade with "keep configuration" option selected?

Hard to say...

I did the same upgrade on a TP-Link Archer C7 v2 and kept my configuration, with no issues.

Glad you got it resolved.
