Rename the LEDE firmware file wr1043v3_tp_recovery.bin or just tp_recovery.bin.
i have TP-Link Archer C2600 with LEDE 17.01.4 flashed....so need information how to going back and flash original TP-Link firmware....i try using LEDE web GUI but no go....what i am doing wrong?
1.) Download the stock firmware from TP-Link preferably 150514
2.) Unzip it and rename it to wr1043ndv3.bin
3.) SCP it to the router's /tmp directory 'scp wr1043ndv3.bin root@192.168.1.1:/tmp'
4.) SSH in to the router and change dir to /tmp
5.) Strip the firmware using the command 'dd if=wr1043ndv3.bin of=tplink.bin skip=257 bs=512'
6.) Write the stripped stock firmware using the command 'mtd -r write tplink.bin firmware'
7.) Wait until router reboots, stock IP will be '192.168.0.1'
This works for the wr1043nd v3 on OpenWRT based Firmwares. For DD-WRT based firmwares follow all the same steps, but on step 6, use the command 'mtd -r write tplink.bin linux' instead.

Rename the stock firmware wr1043v3_tp_recovery.bin
DD-WRT has their own revert to stock firmware for TP-Link as well as a few other vendors...
