HG556a ver. C boot loop

Hello.

I tried to install LEDE in HG556a ver. C device, but it stuck in boot. I flashed https://downloads.lede-project.org/snapshots/targets/brcm63xx/generic/lede-brcm63xx-generic-HG556a-C-squashfs-cfe.bin from 04/07/2017 with sha256: 99d8dae6a9ac7de5fb34df9ad55749af1ca8f03be9d8e1f426d0f413c254e6b0

Stable realeases also have the same problem. I was able to extract the bootlog:

Thanks a lot for the bootlog. The bug is already reported in https://bugs.lede-project.org/index.php?do=details&task_id=735. The report is about a different target/board but it is more or less the same bug.
